Whistleblower Policy

At The Help Outreach Center we recognize reporting responsibility; This Whistleblower

Policy is intended to encourage and enable board members, employees and volunteers

and others to raise awareness and concerns internally so that the Help Outreach

Centers, Inc can address and correct inappropriate conduct and actions. It is the

responsibility of all board members, officers, employees and volunteers to report

concerns about violations of the Help Outreach Centers’ code of ethics or suspected

violations of law or regulations that govern the Help Outreach Centers operations. For

Volunteer Policy

At The Help Outreach Center, we established guidelines for the recruitment,

management, and engagement of volunteers at the Help Outreach Center. This policy

aims to ensure that volunteers are effectively integrated into the Organization’s

operations, receive proper support and training, and contribute positively to the

Organization’s mission.
